Leveling Agent

If a smooth, scratch-resistant coating is not required, but good high-temperature resistance, recoatability, surface flexibility and improved impact resistance are needed, non-silicone (AL-series) and fluoropolymer (FL-series) products can be selected.
| Product | Composition | SC% | Application | Dosage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agilev AL-1 | Acrylic copolymer | >98 | Silicone-free leveling agent, to provide good flowing, leveling and defoaming performance. It is stable and not easy to hydrolyze. Excellent light resistance and aging resistance. | 0.1 - 1% based on total formulation |
| Agilev AL-2 | Acrylic copolymer | 50 | Silicone-free leveling agent, to provide good compatibility, flowing, leveling and defoaming performance. No effect on recoatability and it can improve flexibility and impact resistance on coating film. | 0.1 - 1% based on total formulation |
| Agilev FL-1 | Fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate | 70 | To provide fast flowing and leveling in solvent-based coatings. It does not influence the inter-coat adhesion. Good compatibility and recoatability. | 0.1 - 0.5% based on total formulation |
| Agilev SW-3855 | Ethoxylated acetylenic diols | 100 | Low-foam wetting agent for waterborne coatings, inks and adhesive. It can be utilized for its wetting and slight emulsification properties. | 0.1 - 0.5% based on total formulation |
