In response to the international trend of environmental protection and new raw material development, we offers a variety of different material adhesion promoters, including PP, TPO, OPP, PET, PC, ABS, Nylon, PMMA, glass and all kinds of metal substrates.
The dispersibility of the pigment is directly related to the fineness, gloss and other important quality indicators, and it can shorten the grinding time. Although pigment production plant can be produced with easy dispersing type pigments, but the existence of some varieties of pigment difficult to disperse. The customer needs in accordance with different resin systems to select wetting and dispersing agent, to get better color development, hiding power and storage stability.
Slip and leveling agent in the coating application, you can prevent deficiencies and defects of the film, given its special features and effects. Coating from the start of production, storage to the film curing process, almost time is in the flow state. At the same time, such as the type of coating method, spraying, roller, electrostatic spraying, and dipping application that requires a different viscosity and flowability. It is prone to sagging, fish-eye, orange-peel and brush marks and other ills in thick-film coatings; all is coming from poor flowability and surface tension of the coating. To add different kind of slip and leveling agents to prevent the defects on coating film. We produce many kind of slip and leveling agent in solvent-based solvent-free and water-based. non-silicone type and fluorocarbon type.
Defoamers will change the surface tension on foam to destroy the foam from coating film. Normally, silicone type defoamer has low surface tension that will be easier to absorb on bubble surface, it effects the bubble surface becomes imbalance, and then bubble will destroy immediately. We also produce non-silicone type defoamer which is based on the incompatibility to destroy the foam, it has better anti-foaming and air-releasing performance when compared to silicone type defoamer, especially non-silicone type defoamer doesn’t effect to recoatability.
According to the different resin systems and characteristics used by customers, we have developed some specialties that are including: conductive agent, hammertone agent, moisture scavenger, flavor shielding agent, catalyst, water-based PU thickeners, anti-settling agent, wax dispersion, anti-biocide agent and viscosity stabilizer, etc. These products will enhance the specificity and excellent performance of customer products.
Two-component polyurethane coatings exhibit outstanding performance in practical applications and are widely used in automotive, home appliances, machinery, instruments, construction, and leather industries.
In practical applications, different curing agents and additives can be added to acrylic coatings to tailor their properties and better meet usage requirements.
